Red mark on glans. At a loss of what to do. Please help.

I'm a 31 year old male. Sexually active with the same partner for over two years. I've had a red spot of irritated skin on my glans since August 2021. I've gone to the clinic and was prescribed antifungal cream and also told to get over the counter steroid cream. I used the anti fungal cream for a week or two, and the steroid cream once a day for a week, both with no result.

The spot does not itch at all, I have no pain when urinate, its not tender to the touch, it does not leak any fluid at all, and it hasn't grown or gotten worse at all. Some times when my skin is dry is can appear white and scaly, but it doesn't scab at all.

I've changed the soaps I wash my clothes with to a baby soap to avoid harsh chemicals, I've abstained from sex for long periods of time, I've avoided masterbation for long periods of time, Ive only washed with water for long periods of time. Recently I started applying Pure Vitamin E oil once daily in hopes that it would help, but haven't seen any result.

I'm just at a loss. It's gotten to the point where its affecting my confidence and my relationship with my partner.

If there is someone who has any other things to try, besides the obvious go to a doctor (which i am working on finding a regular GP) please let me know your thoughts, id really appreciate it.
