Red mark on penis, worried please respond

i am a 21 year old male who has not been sexually active in the last 2 months and before then i was only seeing one person since last tested for STDs near end of summer. which all came back negative. a major coincidence occured where i went yesterday to submit samples for std testing (just to be safe) when today i woke up to find this red mark on my penis. it doesnt appear to be raised, it doesnt hurt either, just extremely unpleasant to look at and stress over. the doctor i saw yesterday noted how my skin down below is very sensitive, could it just be that? it looks to get more irritated the more i touch it, and thoughts or advice on what it could be?imageimage

    update: last night i put vaseline on it and it appears to be pretty much gone this morning, could it have been a case of friction or something?

    Its possibly just irritation, sometimes i get them after sex where its rubbed slightly. Usually disappears after a few days.
