hello, i've had these marks for 2 weeks and i would like to know what they are.

Please help me this is a recurrent problem and is making me really unconfident.

I can't tell you for sure, but to me, these look like scabies or topical/food allergy.
You should see a dermatologist because two weeks is a long time for these lesions not to have disappeared.

Bacteria issue, it will only get worse and spread as time goes on. You need antibiotics.
