Red marks on my head

I hope you don't mind the pic.
I have had these red marks for most of the year now.
They don't feel like anything under normal circumstances, but during and after masturbation I get a slight burning senstation. The marks also look enflamed, far more prominent than usual.
What is this? I'm getting worried now.
I assumed it would heal itself. My head is completely covered by my foreskin (which is tight) and i'm sure i've had similar cuts/marks before that have healed themselves over time.
If this helps, I have had sex with a guy (my ex) a couple of times.

I've had tight foreskin my entire life (obviously) but the red marks are new. I didn't even see my head at all until I was 18, it was that bad.
The doc at the time just encouraged me to "masturbate more" and eventually I was able to pull it back even when hard, with some effort. I can still do this now.
The tightness isn't as bad as it was when I was growing up. It's pretty much the same since I was 18. Could it take this long for an infection from tight foreskin?

No, what happens in phimosis is that your parents damaged your foreskin(premature retraction) an infection, scarring or not enough use. Just as any other muscle if you dont use it you lose it and in your case it hasnt been used enough so it's still tight. What you can do is stretch the opening with your fingers or with a tool. To use your finger just insert your fingers into the opening and pull apart until you feel that it's getting tension and hold it there for as long as you can. Do this a couple times a day or during your bathroom break and I'm sure it will cure your tight foreskin as your body goes through mitosis when you are stretching it- do this for a month or two. Get on antibiotics and make sure your partner is safe. Anal sex is dangerous, even if you are circumcised anal sex still gives circumcised guys infection so be sure to wear condoms even if you do trust your partner as the human rectum is home to a lot of nasty bacteria
