these weird random marks appeared on my penis. no pain, no burning sensation, no itching, nothing but the appearance. sometimes it can be noticeably dry compared to the surrounding area.
please help me if you can because i cant afford a visit to the doctor right now and would like to know what it could be or how serious it is. thank you
