Red oval shaped mark on penis after sex

Hello i guess i wont get to the bottom of my problem without pictures...the last two times having sex with my gf this red mark is getting worse and not going away i really need some advice ...how do i upload pics thanks all

    Question. Does it have a yellowish crusty scab on it? Does it tingle, itch, sore, hurt?
