Red patch and local swelling on breast

Hi!

I'm a 26 year old female. This morning I noticed I had a red patch on my left breast. It doesn't itch, but feels a little bit sore and feels warmer than the rest of the skin. It's a bit swollen but can't feel any hard lumps.

I don't have any other symptoms. Noticed a few months ago my left nipple is also an slightly different color than my right one but I'm not sure that means anything? Maybe it's always been that way.

I don't have a family history of breast cancer, that I know of. I'm attatching a couple of pictures and hope you can see what I'm talking about.

Thanks in advance!!

It may be just folliculitis that will come to a head and discharge or may even just disappear. you have some other spots in the area, which may be folliculitis. Do you suffer with facial spots?/acne?

However,as this seems to be abnormal for you you should get it checked out, especially if you think the nipple is a different colour.
