Red patches/dots on my glans?

Posted , 2 users are following.

For the past few months, I've had these small red patches / dots on my glans. It gets redder when touched / rubbed especially masturbating but when left alone, it almost blends back in with the surrounding skin but it is the same spots that flare up every time. Foreskin also becomes slightly red and itchy sometimes. I had unprotected sex with a virgin 2 months back but this has been going on past that. I didn't get any STI symptoms or anything like that. I wash my penis at LEAST once a day if not multiple times. Also had white flakes and stuff all over my glans this morning as well which I immediately washed off, not sure if that was smegma or not.

    Hi there

Do you have a picture of the patches?

Do you think it might be an allergic reaction to soup when you wash it?

Do you shave that area then use soup or wash it afterwards?

    If not to the above,

You might want to see your GP and ask for IGG blood test for HSV2 herpes.

Also, there has been a couple of times where the patches were kinda shiny like a liquid was on it which I would just wipe away. The patches aren't painful or anything.

Also, I replied with a photo in another comment. Not sure if it notified you.

The small slightly red patches are the ones I am talking about.

I do let my body wash soap & shampoo drip over while I am washing as I leave my foreskin back while I shower. Should I put my foreskin back over when I shampoo/wash my body?

It might be allergy , you need to see your GP

Also try to wash it with water only or very mild soup they also sell shower gels for intimate areas as some people have a very sensitive skin. I would still advise to see a doctor.

Also it might be a mild inverse Psoriasis or Psoriasis or just an allergy reaction to lube or soup
