Red patches on penis head

Does anybody have any ideas as to what this may look like? had red patches on penis head for months now, almost look like small red dots around the penis head, no itch or discomfort from them at all. I did have a spot on my penis shaft that i had a swab taken by my GP (sex clinic had to cancel due to pandemic) and was advised that the tests came back negative for the spot/blister growing so I assume that means it was benign in some way? anyway, any ideas on the red patches would be much appreciated due to no sexual health clinic appointments being available just now.
