I've had this red raised bump(pimple like) for maybe about a week doesnt seem to be getting any better or any worse. I have had some unprotected sex but i haven't had sex in a long time and i have no symptoms of anything.Would you be concerned? Should i be concerned? is it just a pimple?

That just looks like a pimple to me. Even if you were in Europe, I'm not sure I'd bother seeing a doctor about it unless it gets worse, or doesn't go away. If you're in the USA, you could try Planned Parenthood who offer free or low-cost STI testing (they call it STD testing).
