Red rash and weird, dry texture on glans, I'm losing my mind!

Hey there, I'm new on this forum but I'm seriously losing it.

Some quick context: First of all, I haven't had sex in almost 2 years so I'm discarding any STD, I went to the urologist a month ago because of balanitis (Small red dots and mild stinging) so the doctor said it could be a yeast infection, I applied the classic Canesten cream for 9 days and symptoms were pretty much gone, but since 2 weeks ago I've had this horrible dry skin, sometimes it even peels and I've noticed 2 red rashes that are kinda bright and have a raisin-like texture over them, it doesn't hurt at all, it's just uncomfortable, but to me it looks really bad, I'm 22 and I never had any problem like this before, I'm uncircumcised so I think this was inevitable at some point, I'm really worried because on my second visit (a week ago) the doctor told me to just follow a good hygiene schedule, only washing with water and non-fragrance soap, even as I mentioned this weird rash, I'm considering going to another clinic as it's been significantly worse, I've also considered the possibility that this is just me overreacting but googling symptoms is certainly a terrible idea, as most of the results are just cancer and HPV 16, (which I'd definitely like to discard on my next appointments) I've also encountered some other patient.info threads with similar looks and problems, but still no clear answer as to why this might happen, how to get rid of it, etc, some others have also been ignored by their dermatologists/urologists when they mention these "mild symptoms" does somebody have this exact same problem or something like this?
