red rash covering majority of penis glans.

Hi everyone, Im 21 years old, I just want to preface this by saying this will be a long thread apologies, will leave a tl;dr at the end.

I've had a problem on my penis for the last 2 months that I cannot seem to get rid of. I'm hoping someone here has had/is having the same experience or someone who can shine a light on what it might possibly be as its really stressing me out. (goes without saying I am aware nobody here is a qualified doctor so am not looking for a diagnosis etc.)

a few months ago I very slightly cut/tore my frenulum and this seemed to be a gateway for a balanitis infection to start as my foreskin temporarily fused to my glans and I couldn't wash it for 4 or 5 days. went to docs who prescribed anti-fungal cream for 2 weeks which didn't do anything and towards the end I had a reaction from the cream and came out in quite a terrible rash that made my penis look burnt which resolved itself in a couple days, went back to docs who took a swab and confirmed it was bacteria causing the infection. Got a 7 day course of flucloxacillin which seems to have alleviated some of the symptoms but not all. I must mention that this whole process took alot longer than it should have as the practice I am registered with is under alot of stress and I couldn't be seen by a doctor as I hadn't had a covid jab.

Fast forward to now, infection is cleared but I am left with a rash that covers probably 65% of my glans and also the majority of my foreskin. Most prominent parts are the tip and all around the corona and about 60% of the area moving up towards the tip as the pictures will show. The rash is very blotchy and often looks different shades of red, the picture doesn't really show it but the skin is incredibly smooth and shiny and looks as if its quite thin and tight? The skin dries out incredibly quickly when left out in the air and will go all wrinkly and I can push the wrinkles around, as well as this when dry it goes from a smooth look to scaly. I can also see lots of tiny blood vessels when it flares up (the last pic will be of what I'm talking about, although its quite graphic) especially if it is aggravated by an erection. Finally, it seems to get very hot very quickly and can often feel like its burning up and hot to the touch which also seems to be affecting my scrotum and is making my testicles tender.

alongside this I am having sore lymph nodes in my groin, urinary symptoms whereby urine will dribble out uncontrollably after I have finished for minutes afterwards and I have to keep dabbing it dry, urethra seems sore/tender after urinating if I press onto it. Rarely have I had burning while weeing but it has happened a handful of times over the 2 month period.

I am baffled by what it could be as I had a bacterial infection confirmed by a swab but the redness hasn't subsided after the antibiotics course and I am still left with symptoms. The head of my penis doesn't really look like anything else I see online of people with balanitis so I am quite worried. I should also mention that I have tight foreskin and the pictures show the furthest I can retract it comfortably.

I will be calling my GP and trying to get a referral to a urologist or dermatologist, but just wanted to post here to see if anyone had any insight or similar problem? this has been so mentally draining.

tl;dr

Got a balanitis infection which was confirmed bacterial, finished 7 day course of antibiotics however redness persisted, flares up constantly with a multitude of other symptoms.
