RED rash on glans + parts of foreskin (odour + discharge) with PICS (phimosis)

27 years old, male

I have phimosis (my whole life) and have been using hydroctorisone to help cure it.

I've tried this in the past and gave up because of the sensitivity but now it's been better than before in terms of how much I'm able to retract the skin.

For the last 1.5 weeks, I've had redness on my glans, with baige/cream colour discharge and redness.

First day: tender glans, sensitive (could not lay on my stomach), odour

few days later: glans seems red inn general and sore, sore foreskin

last few days: glans soreness gone, left side of glans has this red rash

Any idea what it could be?

I am seeing my doctor this coming week.
