Red rash on penis, I have eczema but worried it's something else

So I've had this smooth, shiny rash on the shaft of my penis for a couple of weeks now, I have eczema but is usually bumpy looking and not smooth and shiny.

It all started after I used a condom with my girlfriend, I took it off and it was swollen, red and on fire. We had sex a few days later with latex free condoms and same thing happened, whenever we have sex unprotected it never swells up, might get itchy just from all the sex "juices" but doesn't flare up. It has got swollen from itching the rash (fighting the urge can be so hard) I see my doctor in 2 weeks but I want some peace of mind or ideas.

I've been with the same girl for around 4 months now, but I'm worried I mightve picked up an sti that's haunting me over half a year later.

I cannot find any penis or latex rashes that match my rash so hopefully someone can give me some ideas before I see my doctor. Thank you
