Red rash under urethra

I have this rash under my urethra for like 2 months already. It never gone away during this time. Doesn't hurt, burn, itch, but always there.

Seen multiple doctors, but nothing came out yet.

Somebody who seen similar issue please give an advice! thank you

    i would take a good look to check if you have any dribble after urination. after normal urination when you would normally finish and zip up. dab a tissue on the tip, see if there is urine, then gently milk the penis to see if more urine comes out.

    make sure you keep good hygene using only very gentle nourishing products on genitals, no soaps or harsh gels etc.

      Tried what you said, and could collect like 3 drops of urine.

      Also I never used soaps or any gels when washing my penis, and I wash it everyday. I'm also sexually inactive.

    i would also consider neem and karanja oil and aloe gel to keep the skin sweat/urine/bacteria free

    I also have little piercing pain in the end of urethra
