Red sclera and dry eyes

Over a few weeks my eyes have been extremely uncomfortable and dry. I have tried everything from eye drops, warm compress and so on but nothing seems to work. Over time i have noticed that my left eye has a mild red spot on the right side of my sclera. What really freaks me out is that I've started a few days ago to notice that the affected spot of my sclera has become kinda wiggly. Its hard to explain, when i move my lower eyelid up and down, the sclera starts moving (not much but you see it). This is not the case on my left eye.
I am not actually sure if the eyeball itself is supposed to be a little bit loose or simply firm.

For your peace of mind, you need to see a doctor first to rule out anything really bad for the red spot.
Regarding the dry eye, I have been there exactly. Nothing the doctors told me worked. I even tried the punctal plugs only to have them fall out after couple of weeks. What ultimately helped me was taking THREE 1,000 mg of the Omega 3 fish oil. I take one tablet with each meal, so 3 in total per day. After about two weeks, the dry eye was very tolerable. I still take them and my dry eye has not been bothering me. If you have crusty eyes from the dry eye, there is a type of wipe I use to get rid of the crust and greasiness, and work like a charm (not those expensive kinds that come in a blue box the doctors told me to use because those blue box ones are useless). You can private message me because if I give you the brand name, the moderator will delete my post. I am not selling any product. The wipes are a brand you can buy from any drugstore.

I do wear contacts. I am very nearsighted so my glasses are very thick. Being a very active person (I swim, dance, and play sports), it was devastating to me having to wear glasses and "just live with it" like the eye specialists told me to. I went to three different ones and they all gave me the same useless advice.
I am now wearing contact lenses all day even as long as 16 hours a day. The only time they feel dry is when I come out of the shower after a swim (then I would toss those lenses and start with a fresh pair). I know how bad dry eye can be. I searched high and low for months and months and I am overall happy and I am able to control (not cure) the dry eye.
