Red Singular Bump?

Hi, I'm 22 years old and I've only ever had two sexual partners in my whole life. They have both worn condoms only when having sex with me but I recently found a weird, singular red (occasionally) itchy bump. I don't know how long its been there but the last time I had sex was 2 years ago almost. The only time I can think it was once me and one of them almost had sex without a condom (he had the tip in) When I touch it, it feels almost like a scab. I don't know what it is... Please help I don't have health insurance and I want to know if I need medical attention or what this is???
