Red small pimples (bump) on the glans .

I had a lot of problems on my glans the last five years like lichen sclerosus , fungal infections and a lot of red spots coming up as time goes by. So, before eight months i decided to keep my glans open (foreskin retracted) in order to see if with "artificial circumcision" my glans would get better. Truly, it works and for 8 months my glans' skin seems to be good, after holding my foreskin back all day and washing my penis only with water and then dry it carefully. At this point, i have to say that i am 21 years old and i have to have sex 2 years, because all of this problems. Year by year, i see new things coming up on my glans , new spots and new bumps that with combi cream or other methods they get away. Also, i have to say that i have gone in so many doctors , Dermatologist and Urologist (Men Doctors, i dont know how to call it ) , and nobody helped me , none of them hear what i told them (all the story with lichen and etc) so they only prescribe medicines and creams that never helped me. Now, to the point, before 1 weekend i went on holidays in the sea , and after 2 days i came back i saw this red small pimples on the glans. I can say that i have seen red pimples like these but not in all my glans . I have seen one or two by the time and then after 2-3 days the got away. I dont know what teased me , maybe the salt of the sea or maybe the alcohol i drank but has someone see something like this ?

My opinion is that my glans on the sea's water got dehydrated so these red pimples came out .

I cant think something else , i have lost a lot of time think of it , and i know that if i went to the doctor he would give me creams and soups that i know that they are destroying the glans' environment and balance.

Closing, i have no symptoms, itching or anything else. The problem is only that this pimples werent there before holidays.

Sorry for my bad English.

Try applying some topical antibiotic cream like Mupirocin for a couple of days.

Later on when the red bumps subside, apply some moisturiser like Shea Butter after washing and drying your penis.

If its something between bacterial and fungus i would bet to fungus, because i have had a couple of fungus infections last year.

I will wait one more week to see what will happened.

    UPDATE.

I went to the doctor (dermatologist) before 1 week and he told me to let it as it is .

Today my glans looks like this after 5 weeks. The only thing that has stayed after 3.5-4 weeks after the first "Red small pimples" is this redness in this area. What is your opinion?

The skin in these photos seems more red than the photos before 5 weeks but it isnt in real. Its because the daylight. The only thing that has stayed is this redness on the square.

It got away itself after 1.5 month. I guess it was from the sea or the hot weather.
