i had unprotected sex 1 week ago and i have started getting red sores that are painful when i wee, more and more turn up every day what could they be?

I have the same thing except it doesn't burn or itch or anything. Have you shaved recently? It could be a razor burn that's irritated.

i would get them tested, it looks like it could be herpes. but im not a doctor just another concerned individual.
