Red spot

Hey guys, the larger spot on my glans I had for over a year or so? It is not as red as it seems on this photo but it is clearly visible. I'm uncircumcised, so I'm scared it might be Erythroplasia of Queyrat or maybe Bowen. Its flat and doesn't cause any unpleasantries. It hasn't grown much (or at all) since first appearing and I can't connect it to a certain unprotected sexual contact of which I had 2, with my partners (what's more i'd say it probably appeared before) [image](https://patient.azureedge.net/forums/images/upload-sm/1317867-637275910810155493.jpg)

To answer your questions on the particular conditions you mention you would need to see a Dermatologist
I think there is a more likely simple explanation for these in that this is simply the way your skin has developed.
Pigmentation change is very common, as is skin that does not fully recover from the relative local trauma of the penis being erect and high levels of pressure being present during sex and / or masturbation.
Also, if you have ever used any form of penile enlargement these kinds of skin imperfections are quite common
