Red spot after oral sex

Red spots on glans right after rough oral sex. I don't have any Discomfort. From the looks of it, seem like the outer skin came off. Is this normal?

does it have a feeling of burning when you wash it? if yes, your sexual partner probably sliced your skin off your penis with her teeth.

no burning. i didn't pay attention until in an hour i use the restroom and notice it.

it don't look like a skin rupture, better if you seek medical attention, you will also get a peace of mind.
