Red spot on my glans

Hello, yesterday I noticed I have a red spot on my glans. I saw it yesterday and I'm not sure how much time has it been there. I'm uncircumcised. The spot doesn't itch or hurt, it's small in size, and I haven't had sexual encounters for over a month. Last month I got an infection on a finger, so I was taking amoxicillin from July 17 to the 24th, one pill every 12 hours. I read that antibiotics could cause spots, so I'm wondering if anyone could confirm this. I don't have healthcare and I'm going through a tough time financially so I'm trying not to go a doctor unless I really have to, but at the same time I'm quite worried. I appreciate every advice you may have.
