Red spot on penis glans?

Hello all,
I noticed a spot appearing or at least being more noticeable on Sunday 8/23. It's a red spot (sorta looked like a blister initially, but I don't think it is) appearing near my urethra on my penis glans. In some angles or lights, it appears like there is a bump. There also is a bit of dry flakes forming on the glans too. I was last tested for various STIs/STDs (HIV Type 1, HIV Type 2, Herpes 1, Herpes 2, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis) in May, and all came back negative. I also tested again for HIV Type 1, HIV Type 2, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea in July, and all came back negative then as well. I have not had any sexual contact since February and no intercourse since December, so I believe I can rule out an STI/STD.
I don't know if it's been there awhile now and I'm just now noticing it, but yeah. In my head, it kinda looks like a bruise or some dry skin healing, but I have no idea. The photos attached are from Sunday and today (8/25) and they show the spot in question along with some dry skin flakes on the glans, which isn't fun either. I haven't been applying anything to it but just wanted to consult this forum to ease my mind and gain some advice on what to do. Please help, thanks!!

This kinda looks like what I have. All my blood work and urinaylsis came back normal. Went to a dermatologist and was provided an antifungal cream and a dermatitis cream. I have had this before, although it has been a bit. See my post https://patient.info/forums/discuss/red-bump-tip-of-penis--745176

Has it healed as a result of the creams you were prescribed? Mine does not look 100% like yours do, yours seem really noticable where mine is sorta minimized and singular. thanks!

The cream is helping. But the tip swelling has gone down, but has gotten slightly redder. I was told that it may not be gone by the time of my follow up. The creams do seem to help though. Like everyone else I am stressed over it.

Okay Brandon, we need to get this sorted. To do this I need to understand what typically your glans, and if you are uncircumcised, your foreskin as well experience on a regular basis.
Obviously, naturally produced fluids are a given - but all too often, when the glans is as you have now, these natural things emitted from your penis can be a major part in what you have going on.
So, list everything else that is in contact with the skin of your glans: so this typically would be soap, shower gel, Lubes for sex or masturbation, skin cream or anything else applied for sex or masturbation?
Are you currently sexually active? If so do you use condoms? Particularly, if you have been using condoms for much of this year have you changed brand or type recently, say from a one you were using last year?
Or, it could be anything else that has changed, particularly in the last few months?
My suggestion would be that whatever has actually caused this, it has most likely been taking place over an extended period of months - so, do think longer term, rather than last few weeks, or even months.
I would further add, when penile skin is like this almost anything, including urine, pre-ejaculate and semen can further add to the problem issue.
You will need to get in the habit of washing your penis with water only, then, really carefully, patting it completely dry with a towel that ONLY you use. Unfortunately sex and masturbation will add to the problem - it is best to abstain from these until the skin has fully healed - and again, unfortunately, this means because of the chronology of this, healing may take an extended period of months.
However, the sooner and longer you sustain good practices to enable your skin to heal the quicker it will be to become healthy once more ...
Knowing your age may help? I guess you are in the US? Can you access someone like a Dermatologist?
