    John36171,

This exhibits the traits of jock itch. I have similar spots only larger. It comes from a fungus we pick up from our feet ( Athletes Foot ) when we put on underwear or other clothing. Get an anti-fungus spray from the drug store and spray your penis and scrotum as well as your feet and legs if necessary. This fungus like the dark, warm, and damp places like inside socks and underwear. The dry powder spray seems to work best. Good luck.

Hi, I have only got to your posting now and wonder how the symptoms are shaping up now.

In terms of the actual symptoms there can be several causes of the, and on occasion, you can have an accumulative effect of different things impacting together.

Are you currently sexually active, have a regular partner or different ones? As the other respondent suggests, the problem you have could be the dreaded 'jock itch', or alternatively, the other source of this is a yeast / bacterial infection from unprotected penetrative sex.

Update what you have going now and we can look at other possible causes if necessary .....
