hello. ive had these for about 2 years now. i have no idea what to do anymore. it isnt healing. dermatologist said it isnt fungal and suspected lichen planus but didnt say anything else. i wash my penis daily and dont use products on it. id i abstain from masturbation for a while ejaculation becomes painful because the head of ma penis feels tight. please help.

How this started? Any symptoms in partner when this issue started? are you sexually active now? if yes, any symptoms in partner? Do you feel any pain or pattern noticed ?

im not active sexually and i believe it started because of dry mastutbation
