Red spots all over the neck (with pus).. don't know what to do/what is causing it

Hi everyone,

I believe to have a rather sensitive skin, and for years I wrestled with my neck area getting irritated and full of red spots/spots with pus. This happens especially after I shave, but, even more so, when there's contact with the neck (i.e. doing a combat sport like wrestling/MMA, my neck looks absolutely horrible for days after).

I don't know what to do about it. I tried using sensitive shaving foams, gels, razors of any kind.. tried sensitive skin soaps/face washes but, nothing. It got worse in the recent years/months.

I attached some photos to show you just how bad it is (it's not always like this, but it's not usually much better either).

Anyone experienced this? Anyone knows what might be causing this? I went to see a doctor about it once but it didn't lead to anything productive.. Thanks a lot in advance!imageimageimage
