Red spots and irritation of penis after masturbation - balantis
Posted , 7 users are following.
44 year old healthy male here. I have noticed very weird redness on my penis that seems to become much worse after masturbation. It have been experiencing this for the past 2 months. I did on online STD test about a month ago and it all came back negative. I refrained from sex/masturbation for 8 days and it looked much better. After masturbating again yesterday it came back. May be just a coincidence but I have also been experiencing egzema on my eyelids and dry lips.
Anyone else with similar issues that could offer some advice.

hi mate dealing with suspected eczema too. try keep it mositurized, small amount of organic coconut oil . dont use chemicals on it for washing,., just water, and dry it well, then put coconut oil on. ,or petroleum jelly /vaseline . mine looks awful dry . much better moisturized . its quite common for dryness to be an issue .

A, I generally agree with John with a few tweeks:

For the eczema that you have are you currently, or have previously seen a Dermatologist ......... ?

glad to see wee_dugie is still active. I had a very Similar problem, and I followed the advice of nothing but warm water to wash my penis for a couple months. after seeing improvements I started using organic coconut oil after showering at night. my penis is back to its glory days. My diet also played a big part. less sugar and way more water. it's a slow process but with time it should get better.

Did you abstain from masturbating and sex for this whole period of time? Seems hard!

Thank you for the update and feedback on what has helped for you - keep up the 'good work' !
And yes, skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis have links to the body's autoimmune response, so as you say Regret, diet is a critical factor, particularly as you say in reducing sugar intake are essential to both be aware of and act upon .....

Hello
I hope you have solved your situation.
I had a similar situation.
I too, like you, starting from November 2020, I started having a series of glans discomfort, due to a badly treated balanitis, which came to me in 2019, but above all after a long series of masturbation sessions. I started to have dry skin on the glans, but everything got worse after an incompetent dermatologist, convinced that I had some pathology (in reality it was only mechanical trauma of the mucosa) gave me a cortisone cream that literally burned and dried my mucosa of the glans penis and part of the foreskin. Did you by chance also apply cortisone creams? In the absence of a pathology, on a "healthy" skin they do only damage, generating dryness of the mucosa, risk of mucosal atrophy and bleaching of the glans. I am returning to normal after 5 months off cortisone and reducing masturbation. Now I am much better and for a month I have been applying an emollient cream recommended to me by another dermatologist who told me that mine was trauma balanitis (continuous masturbation) greatly aggravated by cortisone. I hope my penis is back to normal by 2022.
PS
I took all the tests for STDs and they came back negative.
I performed dermatological checks and pathologies such as lichen, eczema or psoriasis were excluded.
It remains only to believe in traumatic balanitis + cortisone, there is no other answer, in fact reduction of masturbation and sex + emollient cream and vitamin E supplements for oral use, are doing their job, bringing me benefit.
