Red spots and itching on clit - dangerous?

ive had extreme itching on and around my clit for a very long time. ive been tested for all STDs and for theush, all came back negative.

today i noticed these 3 red spots that form a triangle shape. the area is swollen and sore to the touch.

could this be a contact dermatitis? warts? something else?

i will book in with a gyno and dermatologist ASAP but in the meantime i am very concerned (image in comments)
