hi,
i have red bumps or rather red patches on the inside of my hands. mostly on my fingers but some on my palms. i've had them for about 6/7 times now. they don't itch but are rather painfull when i move my fingers or touch them. the doctor's diddn't know what it was. any idea's? thanks 😃

it could be a lot of things. first i would like to suggest it could be from harsh cleaning chemicals or hard water or other irritants to the palms. even metal exposure over time can cause irritation if handling regularly.
i dont think its prudent for me to suggest it's psoriasis/eczema what i have on my palms. it looks more like a irritation of some type. not a doctor just trying to help out.
try keeping hands washed with anti bacterial soap and protected from daily routines by wearing gloves and keep palms hydrated . try treating with Vicks its medicated and will help heal and wear gloves overnight for occlusion treatments for a few nights. its worth a try...
the best thing would be to see a dermatologist if it continues to worsen , they can take a biopsy and tell you right away what it is.
