Red spots on glans and white bumps on foreskin

So I've had this for... a few months, close to a year, I think, and I have no idea what it is

It doesn't itch or hurt generally, except after masturbating, where it aches a bit (not much) for about half an hour.

There's also, particularly when erect, redness on the end of the foreskin

I'm not sexually active, aside from masturbation of course

Excuse me if I've said anything wrongly!

    Looks like lichen sclerosus

    You are developing scars on the frenulum and some other changes on the foreskin.

    Need to do some things as soon as possible:

    • Go to a dermatologist
    • Do a circumcision as soon as possible (in early stages is curative)
    • Do a biopsy of the removed foreskin

    Hi Matias you need to have it checked with your doctor for a proper diagnosis. Tizio is correct it dose look like lichen sclerosus if it is you will need treatment don't leave it any longer see you doctor and get a referral to a specialist dermatologist or urologist
