Red Spots on Penis

I'm not sure if this is the right group to post this, but I just had this red spots appear on the head of my penis a few days ago, about a day or two after having sexual intercourse. Anyone know what this is?

    Hi, i'd go to your doctors to get an opinion.

    Or you could drop into your local sex clinic for an opinion.

    Might be the first signs of Lichen Planus, a harmless skin ailment. I also had it on my lower inner forearms. If it is, it will develop into flatter spots and eventually disappear after a couple of months. Mine went without treatment but came back again after about 2 years.
