Red spots on penis

I recently woke up and showered and as I was washing my penis... I noticed some red spots! I masturbated the night before and I’m hoping this isn’t as serious as it looks! Hope this helps

      Kinda, not itchy.. not scaly... aside from visually disturbing... it seems like it’s nothing! I’m not sure where’s it’s from and I have had sex in over 4 days and just noticed this morning! I masturbated last night and when I went to shower I saw them! It’s not directly on tip. Closer to glans
