I belived I had genital herpes, so I went to a doctor. He said it's not herpes and gave me a intimate wash. Today I woke up with a itch, the upper gland red and a strange red spot (I can't name the penis part). Could this be allergy to something in the wash or something else? Pic attached

Could have just been heat rash, don't use that wash anymore, a little steroid cream might have been all you need for the itch and to dry the rash in.
