    Photo is not close enough

    Are you sexually active.

How would you describe your personal hygiene? Do you shower regularly and change underwear everyday?

Do you lots of physical activity, such as training for active sports, or / and gym workouts - things that result in sweat being present regularly in your groin and genital region?

Not sexually active. Engaged in oral over 1 year ago . But std tests are negative: Hsv, hiv , chlamydia , Syphillis.

I am practiticng good hygeine also.

The problem is these spots are on and off - kinda change location on glans every 10 days.

The usual cause of spots like this would be a yeast / fungal infection, and the most common source of that would be unprotected vaginal sex. After that it is down to personal hygiene. Unless the source of infection is something else, or it simply looks like a fungal infection.

      What age are you?

How recently did you have the tests?

When you had the tests done did anyone check you visually for the spots?

Have you used an antifungal medication recently?

      i'm 20

      i have had tests for hiv1 , 2

hsv 1, 2 -igg and igm

      Rpr serum

      chlamydia trachomatis.

The tests were done recently only.

Actually i visited dermatologist for spots but these are on and off and they were not present at that time.

instead he concluded about some fordyce spots which also occured on glans.

You could contact the Dermatologist and say you can send them photos of the on off spots - they may recommend medication you can try - but this may be trail and error until you find a medication that resolves this for you
