Red spots on penis head.

help. saw these red spots on the head of my penis. they've darkened now. become more visible during arousal.

      How do they look when erect? Did you experience discharge at any point?

      they looked more reddish and more prominent. and no there wasnt any discharge. would burn a bit like a rash when i put soap during baths.

    so they're back again when i got erect. more red now.

    here's how it looks now. the skin peeled off the top side.

      hi. its all mostly gone now. used an antifungal cream on it for a few days. still applying it twice daily till everything is completely gone.
