hi guys I've been having these same red spots on my penis, mostly after I had dry skin and peeled it. I jerk off a lot and last time I had sex was December. these spots on itch or hurt or anything at all their just there sometimes with it will feel like dry skin over the spot really hope it wasn't an sti/std.
