hello all,
to start things off, i am 18. I noticed these spots on my penis about 2-3 months ago. I am not to sure what it is. At first, I didn’t think anything of it. Later down the road I noticed more spots appearing and they would appear more after sex or after I shaved,(i shave flaccid, and use condtioner as shave gel) regardless, I presumed it to be friction burn. My head is all over the place for what it can be, so I booked an appointment to get looked at on Tuesday. I’ve been with my girlfriend now for 7months and we are very sexually active. I wanted to know your guys opinions before I get checked for peace of mind, and I will updated you all when I get checked on Feb 9th. Thank you:)

John, are you using condoms for your sexual activity? What I would strongly suggest is the conditioner you are for shaving you no longer use - while this is unlikely to be part of the main problem you have going on I would suggest your genital skin could well be sensitive to things that are potential irritants.
Use an actual shave gel, and get one for sensitive skin - use it in the shower and ensure you rinse the area for a good 2 to 3 minutes after shaving. Try to use as little of the gel as you can.
And yes, for the main problem you have you need medical professional to check on that - do post an update .....

hello wee. i really appreciate the reply. yes, me and my girlfriend use condoms, but sometimes before the condom goes on it slips in. she has nothing on her; nothing that she can see. i will stop using conditioner, and will move to a shave gel. what do you think it looks like wee?

I asked about the condoms as what you may have partly going on is a dermatological reaction to them - as an example only, what you may have is that you have Fordyce Spots Developing and it is these that are reacting to what they are in contact with.
It could well be that there is something else going on and this is why you need a medical professional to check on what is actually happening .....
