How would you describe your personal hygiene?
Balanitis has a a cause - yes you can treat this with creams, such as clotrimazole, but you need to think about how you got this in the first place to stop it happening again

I always use regular soap to clean. Sometimes I sweat a lot in the area under my belly, but I think it has nothing to do

So, do you want to rule out the possibility of this happening again? If you did not get this from sexual contact your hygiene has to be relatively poor at least to have caused this ....

If you're a virgin as you say, I wouldn't worry about it. Give it time and let it heal on its own. If it doesn't go away in couple of weeks, see a dermatologist.
