have these bumpy lumps on my fingers and toes. they seem to have red pigments inside, looks like full of fluid.
ones on toes often get itchy
what is this?

Hello Sally, before I looked at the photos, I was going to suggest that perhaps they could be Pompholyx . They are small blisters & can be extremely itchy
