Red swollen meatus, burning sometimes and sometimes dysuria.

I was on 4 weeks of abx for NSU, got candida and got one dose of fluconazole which cleared up the majority of my balanitis. Only thing that remains is this swelling/burning which I have no clue what to do about. I tried 2 weeks of Daktacort and all it really did was turn the glans skin weird.

The burning and dysuria both occur at the very tip. Anybody recognize what it could be?
