Red Wine???

anyone give up red wine or any alcohol during peri .. because it made you feel worse? or has anyone started again with their favorite wine or drink and have had better luck with it! I would like to try a glass of wine again to relax but nervous it will trigger or worsen my symptoms.. want to try lower sugar gluten free wine.. thoughts???

I stopped 3 years ago but have had a drink on special occasions just the one.
I've just had a gin and tonic now in the sunshine 🌞
I want to enjoy my life its hard with bloody perimenopause. 😫

oh thats good.. I just want that too.. one every now and then.. just dont want to get dizzy or a migraine.. or trigger one of the peri symptoms.. think I may try it again its been soooo long 😁
