Redness and burning sensation at the tip of urethra

from last one month i am facing this issue. i had an oral sex with a lady and had protected sex afterwards . And same day when i reached home i went for a bath and washed my penis with medicated soap ( inside the meatus lip also ) and that very moment i just got a burning sensation like some has just put some red chilli there and from that day till now I am having same burning sensation , only at the tip of urethra. the burning sensation does not happens while walking , but as i sit down or stand still it starts burning . i went to 2 urologist and 1 veneral disease doctor ,and was put on 7 days antibiotics dose for all the stds infection , but got no relief . after 1 month i tested for hiv , herpes and shypilis but all are negative . kindly help me very much depressed from last one month please do help
