Redness and discomfort of penile shaft

For close to one and a half years I've had some discoloration/redness and discomfort around the midshaft of my penis.

Typically the redness and discomfort is worse after any sort of sexual activity, I also have some post-urinary leakage.

I try to manage it with a moisturizer containing pramoxine hydrochloride, coconut oil, and occasionally take NSAIDs like ibuprofen and aspirin. I've already been tested for STDs or UTI in the past and it all showed up negative.

I've seen my family doctor, a doctor from emergency, and a urologist who I was referred from the latter doctor about this issue a few months after it first appeared. It seems like the only person who took me seriously was my family doctor who simply said to come back in if I noticed any changes in the skin. The urologist essentially took one look at me and told me I was fine.

Can anyone provide me some insight on what I should do next or what's going on with my skin? Ultimately I will likely go back to my family doctor and ask for another referral, I'm wondering if it makes more sense to see a dermatologist for this sort of thing though.
