You have to use a laptop or a desktop to add photos.

Try to reduce the size of the pic.

Fears of cancer are real, but you need to be aware that male penile cancer is relatively rare. In addition, no Urologist will ever let you walk away if there is any possibility of you having a severe health condition, or even the possibility of such a condition developing!

So, lets get to what you actually have .... if you have access to a computer or laptop with an image handling programme / app on it you can reduce file sizes by changing the file type (jpeg) or take a screen shot of it ....

In the mean time, can you more precisely describe what you have: how big are the bumps? How much of the glans looks red / different? Are you circumcised? Have you noticed anything making it worse, such as following masturbation / sexual intercourse? - if you use condoms, do your symptoms worsen afterwards? Anything at all ..... ?

Make sure you do not use soap on the head of your penis - some people find relief from Coconut Oil ...

I agree with Lostknight, there is nothing here to be concerned about. As you mentioned with trying the Vitamin e Oil, you may need to find the right plant extract that is going to help you with the redness you say you have. Start with the Coconut oil - if this is no good after trying it for around 3 weeks, try doing some internet searches for relief of redness yo head of penis and see what you find .......
