Redness around urinary meatus no pain, itching, burning

This may be a long post, please bare with me, I just want to share all the information I can.

I have had this issue with my urinary meatus since being tested for STDs, ironically enough. I had a one night stand on March 4th, 2020. I wore a condom for everything.

I had zero problems up until I got tested on April 15th, which was a Wednesday. They drew blood for HSV-1 and HSV-2, Syphillis, HIV. They also took a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Everything was negative.

That Saturday I was visiting my dad and didnt pack boxers. He has these old memory foam mattresses and sheets that probably werent washed since the last time I was there (months ago, gross I know). I slept naked and it started since.

First, it was a tingling feeling at my penis tip. No pain, but like a feeling that I had to pee. I disregarded it. Then I started to notice the feeling was frequent. Like I had to pee, a pressure. I went to the doctor that Monday, he gave me pills for bilateral Orchitis.

I had been masturbating a lot due to stress (sorry for being graphic). If I masturbate too often, the corona of my penis becomes purple and red, and slightly sore. I noticed that Monday I had redness. The meatus has been puffy and red since then (a month).

I went back to the doctor last Monday (11th of May) and he gave me a steroid cream for redness around the corona of my penis. He said the redness is probably from moisture.

Here's a picture of it. The white spots are parts of the cream/steroid.

Sometimes the meatus seems swollen, other times it looks normal. The cream has helped the redness on my corona, but it rubs off when applied to the tip and hasnt cleared up the redness.

Once again, I have had zero pain at the tip. No itching or burning when urinating. When I put the cream on the tip it seems to irritate the need to urinate. I hadnt masturbated for two weeks before Sunday (May 17th) and it seems to have stayed the same or gotten redder.

Thank you for any help.
