Redness in public area and itching vagina

Sorry for the long story ahead of time.

I've been having issues for about 5-6 months now regarding itching and soreness of my vulva. I had unprotected sex with a guy back in october 2019 and should have suspected something was up since the head of his penis seemed inflamed and purple in colour. I got really sick a week after the encounter and had what i believed to be a yeast infection in which i treated myself with monistat. also a couple weeks later my ex who i had gotten with again unprotected after the october encounter started getting symptoms that he thought was a yeast infection but he did home remedies and it apparently went away. I continued to be sick with swollen tonsils, swollen lymph nodes in neck and just an overall sick feeling in which i was hospitalized cuz i felt faintish due to the fact i could no longer eat with my tonsils so painful and swollen. they did swabs and everything came back negative (mono, strep, tonsillitis & chlamydia/gon) so they never found out what i even had. after the hospitalization i was still having itching problems so i got tested and was negative bv yeast chlamydia and gon but a week after i got tested the man i got with tested positive for chlamydia and he swore he hadnt been with anyone after me so i decided to get tested again to which everything was still negative but they still treated me for chlamydia to be safe. a couple weeks after i still had itching so i went to get tested again and i was positive for bv and a week after that was positive again for bv as i had figured due to having a weird smell both times before testing for it. now i have no smells or weird discharge, i decided to go off my birth control to see if that mightve been the issue since it all arose right after starting it. i've only had itching and just a burning feeling as well as alot of redness amd my sebeacous glands and fordyce spots have become very prominent. i cant see a doctor or gyno right now because of covid but i'm nervous it maybe be something serious because of my flu like symptoms i experienced to begin. I've tried canestan and hydrocortisone but none seem to do anything.

thank you for taking the time to read.

You might be having a yeast infection. Besides that, nothing strange on the photos.

it just seems odd pain comes and goes and i dont think ive changed anything in my routine that would cause a yeast infection and i havent had sex since the first time i started getting sore and itchy 6 months ago.

it used to be more itchy but now it feels more like nerve pains and just a raw feeling when i touch
