Redness on lower-half of penille glans. Any ideas?

For the past two and a half years I have had redness and dry skin on the lower half of the glands. Additionally it is slightly sore to touch although doesn't cause me any great pain in general. I am not sexually active so it cannot be an STI. Anyone have any ideas? Thanksimage

    hi all, anyone who has had this and it appears there are many discussions on it, i might have an answer. this is something thats affected me for years. i have seen the doctors and it is balanitis. in terms of the treatment, its currently working but will post is a subsequent post to this
