Redness on penile head and around meatus for months.

Back in November, had vaginal sex with gir, unprotected, for about 10 minutes, also had oral sex for maybe 5, both her and myself. Didn’t was penis off or clean off for about 15 hours.

Started to notice redness a few days later, had previous symptoms similar to when I had urethritis so figured that’s what it was. Saw urologist couple weeks later he gave me Azithromycin and doxycycline. Still had minor discomfort after. Got tested twice, full panel a few weeks later, weeks in between each one.

Both came back negative, nothing in urinalysis or blood work.

Saw doctor once a month to get regularly prescribed medicine, told

Him every time about mild discomfort, no real pain. Just redness on top of Penile head and around meatus. Would get extremely red after shower, or masturbation. Switched body soaps, detergents etc.

Saw urologist, he looked at it, gave me nystatin powder, didnt help. Put cream on it, didn’t help.

Couple weeks later, Saw my GP he gave me  azithromyacin and keflex, didn’t do anything.

Just have redness around penile head and meatus still. More inflamed and irritated. Just frustrated and want to know what it is.

I'm just wondering if anyone might have an idea of what it might be. Haven't had any lesions or anything like that. I've attached pictures to give you an idea. Thanks for your help.

First off you shouldnever wash your penis with soap! It's the same tissues as your mouth and as you can imagine the irritation you would have if you put soap in your mouth. Not only that but it removes symbiotic bacteria that are there to help repel bad bacteria. I would restrain from masterbating and sex for 2-3 weeks and see if that does anything. Are you masterbating eith lubricants?

If you cannot refrain from masterbating then I suggest using lubricants to lessen the abrasive nature of masterbation

I don’t think it’s due to that, I think it’s a bacterial infection or something like that since I didn’t clean myself or wipe my penis off after sex back when I had it. Just developed to something over time since it wasn’t treated. That’s just my opinion though.

Haven’t had any real pain, just mild discomfort.
