Redness on penis glans comes and goes but now kind of permanent

Hey so about 2 months and 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and 3 weeks later I found out I had genital warts. I got the cryotherapy and electric removal and not I have none. In the beginning of the 2nd month I started feeling a sensation on my penis glans. Week 1 very light sensation, 2nd week a little stronger but nothing crazy, 3rd week felt it in my balls, 4th week back to the glans and now I get the same feels but also a noticeable burnish pain on the pee hole. I took a STD test full scan and everything came back negative. I get some red spot here and there but they disappear in less than 30 min-1 hour after I notice them. I'm uncircumcised. I when to a fair this past sat and wore some skinny jeans and it was like 80 degrees so it was pretty humid. I came back home and saw that my glans had the most redness I've ever seen. But then it disappeared in 30-45mins after I pull the foreskin back. I'll post pics of before and after. I'm taking Clotrimazole and betamethasone Dipropionate since Friday no changes. Also it's a lot redder then usual on my pee hole with small small dots around it. Can anyone please help. Thanks I woke up today and the redness is back again could it be the new cream I'm putting on? and im seeing it on my upper foreskin
