If you did anal or received oral you may have a bacterial infection

When did you first notice this and was this immediately after the unprotected sex?

Most likely a bacterial infection - you would need to treat at as such and see whether it clears the issue

Do you mean the main skin area on the head of your penis: is this what you are concerned about ..... ?

You have a blotch, an area that is red in comparison to the skin surrounding it - is this the scar you are referring to .... ?

yes, there are tiny holes on my glans , there is blood coming out of it (i thought it to be red rash but its blood dots )

This is starting to sound like you have something like an all over body fungal / yeast infection, while you can treat local infestations such as on the genitals with antifungal creams, when it becomes more widespread you also need to treat the source of the infestation.

This can be on clothing, bedding or other things you are in contact with regularly, or from time to time. Essentially, you must treat what you have on your body, but also eradicate the source - this can be extremely difficult to pin-point as you may have had an initial source, but also now have it on other materials such as bedding and other clothing you have used from getting the original infestation.

These factors can be very difficult to deal with - I suggest you contact your own doctor / GP / PCP and get clear advice on what to do. They will likely need to confirm what you have, give you the required treatments for your skin and detail how you can eradicate potential sources of re-infection .....

i too have the same problem after unprotected sex/oral sex with a girl, its been almost 2 months since i first noticed the redness and small bumps on my penis head. what have you done to get rid of it, or is it persisting, please suggest. I went to a physician and he prescribed me with acyclovir zovirax 400 mg. But even after taking medication the symptoms didn't go. i don't think it's herpes

have you found out what is was? Have a very similar looking thing but much much smaller. I've had it for years without any change what so ever. Haven't thought about it but recently i've been wondering.
